Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Drops Jenny Wakeman Adult Parody Line

It was revealed yesterday that Jenny Wakeman will be the next DLC fighter in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, along with Rocko and Hugh Neutron. The latter almost overshadowed her, as fans couldn’t get over how Jimmy’s dad was getting to the game before the boy genius. However, for better or worse, Jenny found a way to put the spotlight back on her, thanks to the dirty minds of some fans.

As players discovered, one of Jenny’s pre-fight banter includes a line from the show that is heavily associated with a porn parody of My Life as a Teenage Robot. No, I can’t believe she’s writing this either. The line quickly went viral online as few could believe that a line with such mischievous implications had made its way into the DLC pack. In fact, no one was more surprised than Nick Brawl developer Thaddeus Crews, who has now revealed that the offending dialogue will be removed from the game.

For those of us wonderfully unaware of the connotations, the line in question sounds innocent enough and actually comes from the show. “You wouldn’t like my brain! It’s all circuitry and metal!” Jenny yells, unaware that she has just reminded the world of a very different cartoon in which she unknowingly stars. The adult version changes “brain” to “body,” for reasons I’m sure you can figure out for yourself.

As Twitter blew up, sharing the screenshot in disbelief, Thaddeus Crews commented about the discovery. “Wow, I was shocked,” she said. “While it’s a line from the show, it has unfortunate implications by proxy, so we’re removing it.”

Crews explained the situation on the game’s official Discord. “If you ever wanted a concise example of how scattered and not on the same page this project is: here it is. Chances are someone on the team knew what he was doing by adding it.”

So there you have it folks: enjoy your lewd reference while you can. And if you have no idea where the line came from, then please appreciate your blissful ignorance and do all you can to maintain it.
